We will recreate the onsite learning experience you are accustomed to in our virtual environment. From presentations to the exhibition hall, this virtual platform has it all. You will have opportunities to engage with presenters and colleagues online, earn CE credit, and stay up to date on the issues that matter most to you and your patients.

A recording of the educational presentations will be available on our online CE platform the week following the conclusion of the live session. Access to these recordings is included in your conference registration fee.
Be Prepared Before the Summit Starts
Accessing Presentation Materials & Receiving Continuing Education Credit
In order to access the presentation materials and submit your CE, you will also need to register on the Quality Compounding Summit’s online education portal, Lecture Panda. We will also be using Lecture Panda to allow access to recorded sessions after the conference.
Attendees will earn CE credits upon successful completion of the conference sessions and evaluation and will be able to download a certificate of completion from the online education portal. CE credits will be uploaded automatically to the CPE monitor. Registration for Lecture Panda will be open on October 27. We strongly recommend that you go ahead and complete the registration requirements for the Lecture Panda portal in advance of the conference. You will need to have your NABP number in order to register as a pharmacist or technician and receive CE credit (options are available for international registrants). You will need to register on Lecture Panda using the same email address that you used to register for the conference.
In order to receive CE credit, all attendees must:
- Attend the CE session.
- Attend the full scheduled session and make note of the CE claim code at the end.
- Successfully complete the evaluation in Lecture Panda after the presentation before January 5, 2021.
Eligible attendees will earn CE credits upon successful completion of the evaluations and will be able to download a certificate of completion from the Lecture Panda. CE credits will be uploaded automatically to the CPE monitor. Student Pharmacist attendees are not eligible for CE credit.

During the Event: Tips for Attendees
- Sound and visuals: When you join the event, you may see the slides but will not hear audio until start time.
- Audio issues: If you have audio issues, please check your Zoom audio settings and your computer speakers.
- Find the chat box: This is how you will submit content-related questions for the presenter.
Testing Zoom and Joining a Webinar

- Read these instructions from Zoom on how to join a CE Session (called “webinar” by Zoom) as an attendee.

- Please join the webinar 5-10 minutes early to minimize last minute issues.
- Ensure that your device meets the system requirements for running Zoom.

Webinar Recordings
For applicable webinars, a recording of the webinar presentation will be available on the Lecture Panda platform the week following the conclusion of the live session. This recording is available for CE credit to those registered attendees who were unable to attend the live webinar.
Quality Compounding Summit Conference Policies
ELECTRONIC MATERIAL DELIVERY: Presentation materials will be available to conference attendees via an emailed link beginning 10-14 days prior to the first day of conference. Conference attendees may download the materials to an electronic device or make a printed copy for their own use.
CONFERENCE RECORDING: The Quality Compounding Summit will be recorded and the recording is kept online on the QCS website as long as considered appropriate to serve the overall information and training purpose for the general public.
By registering and logging on to the Quality Compounding Summit, the participant agrees to the following: any communication or information transmitted by the participant during the event, such as name and questions asked or comments shared, are available to the webinar audience and are also recorded for QCS’s further promotion and information purposes.
ENROLLMENT POLICY: Participants registering as student pharmacist must be currently enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy and be able to provide proof of status .
CANCELLATION POLICY: 30+ days before event – Full Refund; 29-14 days before event – 50% Refund; 13-1 days before event – No Refund. Conferences are subject to cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control.
